Renée started the business in 1998, diversifying from previous career paths in recruitment and fashion buying. Her consultancy expertise covers a broad field with a specialism in staff training and development; in particular, she loves training in effective communication skills and social media marketing strategies.
Renée is a published author and poet and has won an inspirational woman award. She was named as London CEO of the Year (2017) by Corporate Vision and awarded UK Independent Business Honours for Excellence in Training, Coaching and Instruction.
A keen advocate of environmentally and socially sustainable business practices, she gives back to the community by coaching military veterans to improve their marketing skills. She also facilitates workshops and runs an extensively engaged Facebook group for the families of childhood stroke survivors, and gives strategy guidance and support to a national UK charity.
In her free time she bakes blueberry muffins, plays with her crazy dog, draws naked people, paints portraits and exhibits her poetry in galleries across London.

Gordon spent many successful years in retail management, specialising in both sales and customer service, with a strong leaning towards staff training. Leaving the corporate world to reinvent his career to suit his artistic flair, he now provides a variety of bespoke services to the local community. This includes creative writing in its various forms – anything from speeches to stand-up comedy, with numerous pieces published in the national press.
